When you, or your loved one are no longer able to care for yourself in your own home, it may be time to think about long term care. Wauneta Care and Therapy offers care under your physician's orders, therapy supervised by a licensed therapist, and licensed supervised nursing care twenty-four hours a day.

Adult Day Care is designed to provide care and companionship for older adults who need assistance or supervision during the day. Our program offers relief to family members and caregivers, allowing them to go to work, handle personal business, or just relax while knowing their relative is well cared for and safe.

Our facility offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient therapy services ranging from physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our therapy team includes multiple professional and well-qualified individuals whose main goal is to improve patient and resident quality of life.
